Edith Stahl (Nov 2011)
Every time I experience something either at work or in my personal life, I think about the program. The first thing that comes to mind is to take a deep breath before I do anything.

Joseph Marinaccio (Oct 2011)
I feel attending the workshop was a worthwhile investment. I’m not sure how I can put a monetary value on it, but the emotional well being plays a critical role in being able to achieve any goal you set for yourself.

Larry Sangirardi (Sept 2011)
It was a great investment! Can you put a price on living longer? Well , I can share with you that I feel I am more inclined to achieve my goals; which is increasing my business results.

Dave Stein (August 2011)
MYT is ready, willing and able to measure the direct impact of their approach in business and personal development terms. During seven pilot projects (with 89 financial service advisors, nine vice presidents and six administrative assistants) at Ameriprise, MYT measured the sales and quality of life impact of their program. The results are quite convincing.

Kenneth Gutwillig (July 2011)
The MYT Original program has really improved the quality of my life (and the lives of those who have to deal with me too!). Not only am I more working more effectively, but I have become much more involved with my family and friends, and feel better too.

Robert A Sutton (June 2011)
I do believe that employing the techniques and learnings from the coaching calls and classes have reduced my stress levels and allowed me to deal with life on a better level. I certainly react differently to stressful items and the course helped me come through a stressful time in my life in a very comfortable and rewarding fashion.

Elyse Silleg (May 2011)
I am still using the skills and approaches that I learned through MYT. While I have not attended another workshop, I often review the workbook and my notes from coaching sessions in order to help me when a difficult situation occurs in my personal or business life. The emotional self-awareness that I developed by embracing the program helps me in either place, and keeps me from slipping back into old reactions when faced with a problem.

Denise Palmer (April 2011)
I still refer to my IDP on a regular basis. When I feel myself getting out of balance, the thing that pulls me back into alignment is following the recommendations in my IDP. I immediately begin to feel myself coming back to a calmer, more peaceful state of mind. It’s much easier to focus from that point.

Colette Gambino (March 2011)
Professionally, I feel I have found a solution that could transform the Human Resource function and how they serve their corporate clients. My company looks for innovative solutions that have proven results with regard to attracting, retaining and developing internal talent. These proven initiatives have shifted the perception that many executives have of Human Resources from a “cost center” to a “profit driver.”

Joseph E. Storzinger (February 2011)
It would be hard to quantify the experiences on paper. But I can tell you any chance I have to use the wisdom set fourth in these teaching I do and I can say every time the outcome is better because of it….emotionally and physically.

Matthew G. Roesser (January 2011)
Not only do I feel more emotionally competent and able to more effectively address both professional and personal challenges, but more importantly, I feel a clearer sense of self; rather, I believe that through improved anger management, vitality and a general positive perspective, I can more consistently achieve higher levels of success in every facet of my life.
