Interview with Joseph E. Storzinger
Financial Advisor, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc
How did you hear about MYT and its EQ work?
Dan Masiello.
What was your first experience like?
First experience was an eye opening confirmation that now more than ever we need to adapt to EQ more than IQ.
How did you react to your IDP and do you still refer to it?
It was interesting to see how the test results translated into some actionable items which I continue to use as much as my new pathways allow me too.
Did you receive focused, direct, & honest feedback from your “observers”?
Having observers aloud me to begin the open dialect and bring much more awareness to help overcome obstacles.
Tell the readers about the coaching calls – what were they like?
The coaching calls kept me accountable. It may have just been another one of those useless courses if not for the coaching calls, observers and IDP. MYT coaches were always timely, open and responsive to our conversations. Their willingness to help me progress has just be awesome.
How many times have you been through the workshop?
I have only went through the program once.
Are they still helpful?
The knowledge and direction obtained from this course will be helpful for the rest of my life!
Do you feel you are more emotionally competent?
Without a doubt….
If so, can you share an experience where it helped you?
It would be hard to quantify the experiences on paper. But I can tell you any chance I have to use the wisdom set fourth in these teaching I do and I can say every time the outcome is better because of it….emotionally and physically.
Was attending MYT worth the investment and if so how can you quantify it?
You can’t quantify it….
